The PolyMAX fused panel consists of a reinforced thermoplastic composite sandwich in a primed or unpainted finish. The material for the fused sandwich panel consists of polypropylene honeycomb and glass fibre reinforced face sheets. These are joined together by a lamination melting process, eliminating the need for adhesives or bonding.
PolyDEK is our fused sandwich floor panel, made from recyclable fibre-reinforced skins thermally fused to the polypropylene honeycomb core like the PolyMAX Fused panel. The PolyDEK panel has an imprinted, anti-slip surface.
This fused panel range is not only lightweight but incredibly strong in structure. Combined with our specialist advanced ProMax chassis, this makes Maxi Mover the ultimate, high performance, low floor Luton van compared to other Luton van maufacturers.
